Fat: 107.18g | Prot: 91.58g | Carb: 203.57g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Almonds , Instant Oatmeal, Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon. Lunch:  Brown Gravy, Instant White Rice, Pork Chop. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Flour Tortilla, Saltine Crackers, Sea Salt & Vinegar Extra Crunchy Kettle Cooked Potato Chips. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Caramel with Nuts and Cereal, Oil Popped Popcorn (Microwaved).
