Fat: 107.18g | Prot: 91.58g | Carb: 203.57g.   Breakfast:  Almonds , 2% Fat Milk, Instant Oatmeal, Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon. Lunch:  Instant White Rice, Brown Gravy, Pork Chop. Dinner:  Sea Salt & Vinegar Extra Crunchy Kettle Cooked Potato Chips, Flour Tortilla, Cheddar Cheese, Saltine Crackers. Snacks/Other:  Oil Popped Popcorn (Microwaved), Chocolate Covered Caramel with Nuts and Cereal.
