Fat: 93.13g | Prot: 98.24g | Carb: 221.04g.   Breakfast:  ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Red Plum Jam, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Turkey Bacon, Bananas, Egg. Lunch:  6" Cold Cut Combo, Apples, Mini Snack Bar - Oatmeal Raisin. Dinner:  Cucumber (Peeled), Cherry Tomatoes, Light & Fit Greek yogurt (blueberry, Avocados, Whole Kernel Corn, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Broccoli, Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), Pears. Snacks/Other:  Mixed Nuts, Almonds, Pecan Nuts, Ice Cream Bars - English Toffee Crunch, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Peanut Butter, Pecan Nuts.
