Dinner:  Braised or Boiled Beef Pot Roast (Lean Only Eaten), romaine lettuce, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  coffee, Creamy Peanut Butter, Kroger Whole Wheat Sandwich Slims, V8 Original.
