Fat: 30.25g | Prot: 60.89g | Carb: 153.06g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Carrots, Fuji Apples, Walnuts. Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Chicken Noodle Soup (Home Recipe), Grapefruit (Pink and Red and White). Dinner:  Chili Con Carne with Beans, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Jams and Preserves, Lite Syrup, Multigrain Bread, Olive Oil Margarine, Original, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes).
