Fat: 64.77g | Prot: 39.41g | Carb: 292.02g.   Breakfast:  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch:  Sweet Potato, Olive Oil, Pumpkin, Sugar, Olive Oil, Boiled Potato, Green String Beans. Dinner:  Black Chocolate, White Rice, Udon Thick Noodles, Fried or Battered Breaded Floured Shrimp, Rice Pudding, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate, Milk Chocolate with Almonds.
