Fat: 39.94g | Prot: 55.44g | Carb: 130.58g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat) , Blueberries , Quinoa (Cooked), Sugar Free Syrup, Espresso Shot, Freshly Brewed Coffee (Grande). Lunch:  Emergen-C Tangerine, Roasted Garlic Marinara Sauce, Quinoa Pizza bites. Dinner:  Sliced Canadian Bacon, Egg, Butter , Light Multigrain English Muffin. Snacks/Other:  Nuts & Spices Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt.
