Fat: 26.41g | Prot: 58.18g | Carb: 204.84g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, Blueberries, Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch:  healthy choice tortellini. Dinner:  Blackened Fish Taco, Green String Beans, Guacamole, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  American Honey, Bananas, Blue Moon Beer, Crisp Apple Hard Cider.
