Fat: 107.45g | Prot: 85.16g | Carb: 173.34g.   Breakfast:  Green Tea, Nonfat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Baby Carrots , Celery , Shaved Smoked White Turkey Lunch Meat. Dinner:  Boston Lager, Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Celery , Mixed Nuts, Pistachio Nuts .
