Fat: 59.63g | Prot: 76.63g | Carb: 258.25g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread with Raisins, Salmon Maki, Caffe Latte Mocha. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Caffe Mocha (Tall), Roast Beef, Marinated Beet Salad. Dinner:  Bananas, Cheese Pizza, Real Coconut Water with Pulp, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Strawberries, Honey Greek Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Real Coconut Water with Pulp.
