Fat: 162.84g | Prot: 111.43g | Carb: 280.42g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, tea. Lunch:  apple, black bean soup, breton crackers, cheddar cheese. Dinner:  Cooked Sauerkraut, coor light beer, perogies, polish sausage, pork schnitzel, sour cream. Snacks/Other:  coffee with cream, hard boiled eggs, Pecan Pie (Individual Size or Tart), popcorn.
