Fat: 28.31g | Prot: 33.51g | Carb: 126.48g.   Breakfast:  Roti, Light Butter, Cheddar Cheese , Regular Coffee, Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz) . Lunch:  Cooked Eggplant, Regular Coffee, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , White Rice, Chicken Pho, Lemonade Tea Iced Tea Mix. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Gin (90 Proof) , Tonic Water , Budweiser Beer.
