Lunch:  Harris Teeter Extra Chunky Salsa Medium, Navels Oranges, Original Vegan With Soy Protein Meatless Burgers. Dinner:  Cooked Brussels Sprouts, mushrooms, tilapia, tomato, yellow pepper. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, fuji apple, maranatha almond butter creamy.
