Fat: 37.76g | Prot: 77.58g | Carb: 177.42g.   Lunch:  Cooked Egg White, Red Tomatoes , Iceberg Lettuce, Cucumber (Peeled) , Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Deli Select Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, 75% Reduced Fat Cheddar. Dinner:  Shrimp & Asparagus Risotto, California Rolls, White Zinfandel. Snacks/Other:  Extra Thin Pretzels.
