Fat: 69.36g | Prot: 54.21g | Carb: 195.82g.   Breakfast:  Blueberry Yoghurt. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Coffee Cake, Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce, Red Tomatoes, Toasted Crumpet. Dinner:  Bombay Aloo, Cooked Spinach (Fat Added in Cooking), Cordial or Liqueur, Lager, Mint Thin, Paneer Cheese, Stew Vegetables, Tikka Masala. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Golden Delicious Apples.
