Fat: 39.57g | Prot: 78.71g | Carb: 256.59g.   Breakfast:  coffee-mate nondairy creamer, coffee, vanilla almond milk, egg protein powder, honey. Lunch:  belvita. Dinner:  whole wheat hot dog roll stop & shop, hormel pulled pork, sugar free cherry jello. Snacks/Other:  apple, peeps, hershey's chocolate covered heart.
