Fat: 42.96g | Prot: 58.40g | Carb: 139.11g.   Breakfast:  Everything but lettuce salad, feta cheese. Lunch:  Cuban Sandwich, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, salad dressing. Dinner:  balsamic vinegar and oil dressing, Green Chili Stew, salad. Snacks/Other:  seed crackers, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, tea.
