Fat: 70.24g | Prot: 80.62g | Carb: 265.03g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Almonds, Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, Honey Nut Cheerios. Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Clementines, Fried Rice with Ham (Side). Dinner:  Brown Gravy, Instant White Rice, Mushrooms, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Clif Bar - Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch, Oil Popped Popcorn (Microwaved), Sugar Cookie.
