Fat: 70.24g | Prot: 80.62g | Carb: 265.03g.   Breakfast:  Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, Honey Nut Cheerios, 2% Fat Milk, Almonds. Lunch:  Fried Rice with Ham (Side), Clementines, Baby Carrots. Dinner:  Pork Chop, Instant White Rice, Brown Gravy, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Clif Bar - Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch, Sugar Cookie, Almonds, Oil Popped Popcorn (Microwaved).
