Breakfast: activia yoghurt drink , Belvita breakfast. Lunch: ham salad sandwich, walkers crisps. Dinner: chinese duck and pineapple, egg fried rice, roast potatoes. Snacks/Other: apple, Tea, Tea, water, wine pinot grigio.
