Fat: 83.90g | Prot: 68.88g | Carb: 136.21g.   Breakfast:  activia yoghurt drink , Belvita breakfast. Lunch:  ham salad sandwich, walkers crisps. Dinner:  chinese duck and pineapple, egg fried rice, roast potatoes. Snacks/Other:  apple, Tea, Tea, water, wine pinot grigio.
