Fat: 48.25g | Prot: 45.44g | Carb: 152.73g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Home Fries, Fried Egg, Toasted White Bread. Lunch:  Land O' Frost Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, Grapes - Seedless, Sandwich Thins Whole Grain, Mayonnaise Hellmann's, Humpty Dumpty BBQ Chips, Diet Sierra Mist. Dinner:  carbonated unsweetened flavored water, Graham Crackers, Ranch Salad Dressing, Home made Chicken Vegetable rice soup, Salad, Keebler Club Crackers, Fiber One Chocolate Peanut Butter bar. Snacks/Other:  flavored carbonated unsweetened water, Apple, Grapes - Seedless, Strawberries.
