Fat: 48.25g | Prot: 45.44g | Carb: 152.73g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Fried Egg, Home Fries, Toasted White Bread. Lunch:  Diet Sierra Mist, Grapes - Seedless, Humpty Dumpty BBQ Chips, Land O' Frost Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, Mayonnaise Hellmann's, Sandwich Thins Whole Grain. Dinner:  carbonated unsweetened flavored water, Fiber One Chocolate Peanut Butter bar, Graham Crackers, Home made Chicken Vegetable rice soup, Keebler Club Crackers, Ranch Salad Dressing, Salad. Snacks/Other:  Apple, flavored carbonated unsweetened water, Grapes - Seedless, Strawberries.
