Fat: 47.17g | Prot: 108.84g | Carb: 297.44g.   Breakfast:  Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Lowfat 2% Milk, Bananas. Lunch:  Cafe Steamers Asian Inspired Kung Pao Chicken, Slenderize - Strawberry Melon (Fuze). Dinner:  Cafe Steamers General Tso's Spicy Chicken, Crab, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough). Snacks/Other:  Hot Wasabi Peas, Apples, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Peeled Mini Carrots, Vanilla Dipped Ice Cream Bar (Blue Bunny).
