Lunch:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) , LunchMakers Cracker Crunchers Turkey , Nectarines , Sunshine Cheez-It 100 Calorie Right Bites. Dinner:  Beef Flank Steak in Kalbi Sauce, Chocolate Yogurt (Nonfat), Mashed Potato (from Fresh).
