Lunch:  Colby Jack Cheese, Croutons, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Ranch Salad Dressing, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Biscuit, Cole Slaw, Cottage Cheese, Original Recipe Chicken Breast.
