Lunch:  Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast & White Turkey, Pears, Smoked Salmon, Spinach. Dinner:  Almond Butter, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Pears, Whole Wheat Bread with Raisins, Yam. Snacks/Other:  Caffe Mocha (Tall), Carrot Cake with Icing, Emergen-C Tangerine.
