Fat: 43.74g | Prot: 108.32g | Carb: 160.48g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Quaker Instant Oatmeal Maple, PB2, Apple. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Asparagus Fresh, CousCous Basil, Red Pepper, Cucumber, Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Lobster, Scallops, Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, Garden Salad, Lite Caesar Dressing, Butter. Snacks/Other:  Strawberry, Banana, Chocolate, Chardonnay, Brownie with Icing.
