Fat: 70.75g | Prot: 77.21g | Carb: 129.48g.   Breakfast:  Bakery Light 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cheddar Cheese , Coffee with Sugar. Lunch:  Go Raw Trek Mix - Just A Handful, Luna Bar - S'mores. Dinner:  Fried Pork (Lean and Fat Eaten), Steamed Dumpling (Filled with Meat Poultry or Seafood), Vegetable Panang Curry, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Peroni.
