Fat: 65.12g | Prot: 66.74g | Carb: 169.25g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Fat Free Light Wildberry Crumb Cake Yogurt. Lunch:  arnold sandwich flat, balsamic kens, deli select ham, deli select salami, fat free yogurt publix, mayo oil, mustard, publix med cheddar slice, salad. Dinner:  cabernet sauvignon, Ceviche, Chile con queso, Guacamole, Tortilla chips. Snacks/Other:  cabernet sauvignon.
