Fat: 91.68g | Prot: 130.93g | Carb: 318.00g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Fruit and Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Flaming Turtle Chocolate Fondue, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Shrimp, Sour Dough Bread. Snacks/Other:  Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Shot Blocks - Black Cherry, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix.
