Went to lunch @ Sweet Tomatoe's with you can see.....I "CHEATED".....ranch dressing & broccoli salad.....SOOO GOOD.....but SOOO BAD!!!!!

Fat: 35.31g | Prot: 44.42g | Carb: 106.69g.   Breakfast:  lipton tea, Frozen Blueberries, Ultimate Omega, Quaker Steel Cut Oatmeal, Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Creamy Vanilla. Lunch:  spring mix, onion, spinach, Ranch Dressing, Joan'S Broccoli Madness. Dinner:  Slow-Cooker Veggie Chili, lipton tea. Snacks/Other:  red delicious apple.
