Fat: 46.86g | Prot: 75.71g | Carb: 194.41g.   Breakfast:  Everything but lettuce salad. Lunch:  Chicken with cannellini beans. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe). Snacks/Other:  airpopped pop corn, seed crackers, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, tea, tootsie pop.
