Fat: 28.88g | Prot: 57.26g | Carb: 220.43g.   Breakfast:  Brown Bread, Chocolate Flake Topping, Cooked Egg White, Honey, Papaya, Tea (Brewed), Tea Presweetened with Sugar. Lunch:  4% Milkfat Grade A Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Papaya, Spinach Dal, White Rice. Dinner:  Chapati, Royal Red Kidney Beans, Superior Rum. Snacks/Other:  Vegetable Spring Roll.
