Fat: 65.24g | Prot: 119.66g | Carb: 51.97g.   Breakfast:  Bison Breakfast Sausage, Cooked Collards, Egg, Olive Oil, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Psyllium Husks Caps. Lunch:  Avocado Halves, Celeriac, Garlic, Onions, Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water (2 oz), Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal. Dinner:  Carrots, Red Table Wine, Spanish Mackerel. Snacks/Other:  Lowfat Plain Kefir (Lifeway Foods), Muffin in A Minute.
