Fat: 65.24g | Prot: 119.66g | Carb: 51.97g.   Breakfast:  Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Bison Breakfast Sausage, Cooked Collards, Egg, Psyllium Husks Caps. Lunch:  Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, Celeriac, Onions, Garlic, Avocado Halves, Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water (2 oz). Dinner:  Red Table Wine, Spanish Mackerel, Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Muffin in A Minute, Lowfat Plain Kefir (Lifeway Foods).
