Fat: 343.91g | Prot: 120.03g | Carb: 72.13g.   Breakfast:  coffee, heavy whipping cream, cooked egg yolks, cooked egg white, cheddar cheese, creme fraiche, almonds, broccoli, rib eye steak, irish butter. Lunch:  greek yogurt, mascarpone, coffee, heavy whipping cream, broccoli, cauliflower. Dinner:  rib eye steak, asparagus, creme fraiche, sprouted pumpkin seeds, avacado, bone broth.
