Fat: 343.91g | Prot: 120.03g | Carb: 72.13g.   Breakfast:  almonds, broccoli, cheddar cheese, coffee, cooked egg white, cooked egg yolks, creme fraiche, heavy whipping cream, irish butter, rib eye steak. Lunch:  broccoli, cauliflower, coffee, greek yogurt, heavy whipping cream, mascarpone. Dinner:  asparagus, avacado, bone broth, creme fraiche, rib eye steak, sprouted pumpkin seeds.
