Fat: 14.50g | Prot: 120.38g | Carb: 119.18g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free Half and Half, Fat Free Singles Sharp, Healthy Canadian Style Bacon, Light English Muffin, Real Eggs, v8 tomato juice. Lunch:  Deli Thin Sliced Turkey, Light Jewish Rye Bread, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Onions, Sauvignon Blanc Wine. Snacks/Other:  Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey).
