Fat: 71.66g | Prot: 67.93g | Carb: 390.87g.   Breakfast:  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch:  Oats, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Sugar, Green String Beans, Wheat Germ, Olive Oil. Dinner:  White Rice, Vegetable Medley. Snacks/Other:  Oriental Party Mix (Chilli Rice Crackers, Fried Green Peas Sesame Sticks and Peanuts), Milk Chocolate, Sponge Cake with Icing, Sponge Snack Cake (Creme Filled).
