Fat: 71.66g | Prot: 67.93g | Carb: 390.87g.   Breakfast:  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch:  Green String Beans, Oats, Olive Oil, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Sugar, Wheat Germ. Dinner:  Vegetable Medley, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate, Oriental Party Mix (Chilli Rice Crackers, Fried Green Peas Sesame Sticks and Peanuts), Sponge Cake with Icing, Sponge Snack Cake (Creme Filled).
