Fat: 77.73g | Prot: 57.94g | Carb: 131.15g.   Breakfast:  jalapeno peppers, Scrambled Eggs, tomatoes. Lunch:  6" 9-Grain Wheat Bread, Tuna Salad. Dinner:  6" 9-Grain Wheat Bread, subway tuna salas. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Cucumbers, pinot noir, radishes, sour dough pretzels.
