Fat: 38.86g | Prot: 68.22g | Carb: 191.04g.   Breakfast:  soy milk unsweeten, coffee, whole wheat bread, kraft american fat free cheese, Low fat swiss cheese, butter. Lunch:  chicken fried rice, bell pepper. Dinner:  Chicken, parmesan cheese, asparagus, pasta. Snacks/Other:  sweet and salty granola bar, Orange, chocolate chip cookie reduced fat.
