Fat: 32.03g | Prot: 60.86g | Carb: 235.50g.   Breakfast:  Abbotsford Farms 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Blackberries, Blueberries, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal, Coconut Oil, Raspberries, So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Strawberries. Lunch:  Peach, Quinoa Salad, Roasted Red Peppers, Salad Mix, Trader Joe's Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix, Whole Foods Avocado Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  365 Harvest Blend Frozen Vegetables, Figs, Seapoint Farms Edamame, Seasonal Fruit Salad, Stew Leonard's Healthy Vegetable Soup, Trader Joe's Organic Foursome Frozen Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Carrot & Celery Sticks, Pear, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, White Bean & Basil Hummus.
