Fat: 49.91g | Prot: 53.64g | Carb: 208.93g.   Breakfast:  Oat Revolution - Very Berry, Pink Lady Apples. Lunch:  Fresh Mixers Creamy Tomato Basil Penne, Vegetable Classics Minestrone Soup. Dinner:  Broccoli (Chopped, Frozen), Chicken Flavor Rice-A-Roni, Chili with Beans, Cupcake with Icing, Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded), Olive Oil, Yellow Corn Tortillas. Snacks/Other:  Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut, Almond & Dark Chocolate.
