Fat: 70.61g | Prot: 111.46g | Carb: 293.59g.   Breakfast:  Yam, Ketchup, Egg, Caffe Mocha (Tall). Lunch:  Spinach, Peanut Sauce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), 21 Whole Grains Bread, Strawberries, Chocolate Almond Butter, Pears. Dinner:  Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, Cream Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Coffee, Half & Half French Vanilla, Fuji Apples, Whole Wheat Bread, Avocados, Imitation Crab.
