Fat: 70.61g | Prot: 111.46g | Carb: 293.59g.   Breakfast:  Caffe Mocha (Tall), Egg, Ketchup, Yam. Lunch:  21 Whole Grains Bread, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chocolate Almond Butter, Peanut Sauce, Pears, Spinach, Strawberries. Dinner:  Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, Cream Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Avocados, Coffee, Fuji Apples, Half & Half French Vanilla, Imitation Crab, Whole Wheat Bread.
