Fat: 24.24g | Prot: 57.81g | Carb: 88.93g.   Breakfast:  Low Fat Milk, Source 0% Yogurt - Raspberry, All-Bran BranBuds Cereal, Golden Roasted Milled Flax Seed with Blueberries. Lunch:  White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), Gin, White Table Wine. Dinner:  1/2 The Fat Mayonnaise, American Cheese Slices, Nine Grain Bread. Snacks/Other:  White Table Wine.
