Lunch:  Salmon with Pepper Coulis, Ken's Lite Balsamic and Basil Vinaigrette, Mixed Salad Greens, Dill Pickle Spear. Dinner:  Dill Pickle Spear, Meatloaf with Portobello Mushroom Gravy, Mashed Potato, Tuna Salad Sandwich-Ready - Chunk Light. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apples.
