Lunch:  Dill Pickle Spear, Ken's Lite Balsamic and Basil Vinaigrette, Mixed Salad Greens, Salmon with Pepper Coulis. Dinner:  Dill Pickle Spear, Mashed Potato, Meatloaf with Portobello Mushroom Gravy, Tuna Salad Sandwich-Ready - Chunk Light. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apples.
