Fat: 65.56g | Prot: 51.49g | Carb: 129.86g.   Breakfast:  Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Strawberries , Baby Spinach, Kiwi Fruit, Whole Wheat Bagel Thins, Cream Cheese (Low Fat). Lunch:  Sesame Sticks, Oven Roasted No Salt Toasted Sliced Almonds, Roasted & Salted Sunflower Kernels, Scallions or Spring Onions , Green Leaf Lettuce , Yellow Sweet Peppers , Feta Cheese , Light Balsamic Vinegar Dressing. Dinner:  Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Italian Style Meatballs, Texas Toast - Five Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Vodka.
