Lunch: Feta Cheese , Green Leaf Lettuce , Light Balsamic Vinegar Dressing, Oven Roasted No Salt Toasted Sliced Almonds, Roasted & Salted Sunflower Kernels, Scallions or Spring Onions , Sesame Sticks, Yellow Sweet Peppers . Dinner: Italian Style Meatballs, Texas Toast - Five Cheese, Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Snacks/Other: Vodka.
