Fat: 54.35g | Prot: 115.66g | Carb: 165.38g.   Breakfast:  activia, cereal. Lunch:  bread , brocolli, chicken breast, mushrooms, rice pie. Dinner:  bread, cherry tomato, pepper green, tuna. Snacks/Other:  almonds, almonds, nuts, nuts mix, raisins.
