Fat: 54.35g | Prot: 115.66g | Carb: 165.38g.   Breakfast:  cereal, activia. Lunch:  chicken breast, mushrooms, bread , rice pie, brocolli. Dinner:  tuna, cherry tomato, bread, pepper green. Snacks/Other:  raisins, nuts, almonds, nuts mix, almonds.
