Fat: 65.14g | Prot: 99.38g | Carb: 271.75g.   Breakfast:  fiber one chocolate Caramel & Pretzel, Oikos 0% fat fruit on the bottom Dannon. Lunch:  low fat turkey meatballs, OIKOS Dannon 0% yogurt. Dinner:  choclate cake with fudge icing Safeway, hearty beef stew, trader Joe's cornbread mix.
