Fat: 87.71g | Prot: 141.02g | Carb: 252.25g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Naked Chicken Tostada, Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner:  Baked Tostitos Scoops, Ground Turkey, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Refried Beans (Canned) . Snacks/Other:  Special K Protein Snack Bar - Chocolate Delight, Super Chunk Reduced Fat Peanut Butter.
