Fat: 65.50g | Prot: 82.96g | Carb: 100.59g.   Breakfast:  Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Light Greek Style Natural Yoghurt, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Milk, Lowfat Brownie, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked). Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Tuna in Water (Canned), Light Greek Style Natural Yoghurt, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, Walnuts, Almonds, Beetroot (Drained Solids, Canned), Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Egg, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Avocados, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Italian Sausage, 7 Meats Premium Puff Pizza.
