Fat: 65.50g | Prot: 82.96g | Carb: 100.59g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Light Greek Style Natural Yoghurt, Lowfat Brownie, Milk, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Lunch:  Almonds, Baby Spinach, Beetroot (Drained Solids, Canned), Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, Light Greek Style Natural Yoghurt, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Tuna in Water (Canned), Walnuts. Dinner:  7 Meats Premium Puff Pizza, Avocados, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Cauliflower, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Egg, Italian Sausage, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk).
