Fat: 63.91g | Prot: 116.02g | Carb: 218.12g.   Breakfast:  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Turkey Sausage. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned) . Dinner:  Artichoke Salad, Gourmet Truffles, Mahi Mahi, Orzo. Snacks/Other:  Blueberry Crisp.
