Fat: 57.97g | Prot: 68.69g | Carb: 174.59g.   Breakfast:  coach's oats, brown sugar. Lunch:  wheat germ, water, cayenne pepper, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, berry green, Everything but lettuce salad. Dinner:  refried beans, chicken, tortilla chips, salsa, mexican rice, margarita. Snacks/Other:  tea, kroger cow pal cheddar, water.
