Fat: 57.97g | Prot: 68.69g | Carb: 174.59g.   Breakfast:  brown sugar, coach's oats. Lunch:  berry green, cayenne pepper, Everything but lettuce salad, Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, water, wheat germ. Dinner:  chicken, margarita, mexican rice, refried beans, salsa, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other:  kroger cow pal cheddar, tea, water.
