Fat: 154.61g | Prot: 231.70g | Carb: 312.28g.   Breakfast:  Light Milk, Syntha-6 Cookies & Cream Protein Shake. Lunch:  Baked Beans (210 g), Egg (Whole), Mayonnaise, Multigrain Bread, Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croissant Sandwich, Tuna with Tomato and Onion. Dinner:  Chicken & Vegetable Curry.
