Fat: 111.39g | Prot: 73.62g | Carb: 172.29g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Hard Cooked Peeled Eggs, Sugar Free Hazelnut, Truvia. Lunch:  Coke Zero, Creamy Peanut Butter, Dutch Country premium potato bread, Land o Lakes cheddar cheese, Smartfood Cheddar Popcorn, Sugar Free Concord Grape Jam. Dinner:  2% milk, boiled potatoes, Butter (Salted), Fat Free Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix, Flank Steak, Fruit Thins - Lemon Crisp, steamed cabbage. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge peanut butters bars, Coke Zero, Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter, Sonic ice cream cone.
